Due to the growth and success of the charity, it is adding another regional fundraiser to its hard-working team. The current northern region will be divided in two, with this role focusing on the northern most area – Aberdeenshire, Inverness, the Highlands and Islands.

In this role you will maximise, develop and retain corporate and community fundraising relationships and opportunities. You will deliver this by developing relationships with new and existing supporters and by networking with a wide range of interconnected audiences to proactively grow the charity’s northern supporter base.

An important part of the role will be to work effectively with volunteers and implement an active programme of volunteer recruitment to support fundraising and awareness of the organisation.

You will be an experienced fundraiser who can develop new and creative fundraising initiatives, secure corporate support and steward existing donors.

You need not necessarily be based in Aberdeen but must be located in the North East area. We are interested in hearing from you if you have a business development background in the corporate world combined with an empathy and understanding of the third sector.
