Full Description

How would you like to work for a Scottish charity that supports the very young, older people….and everyone in between.

LinkLiving delivers care, support, learning and employment services to over 1200 people per year. It stands out because of its enormous range of services and its innovation, especially in its offering to our most vulnerable youngsters.

It has enjoyed some success with grant giving organisations but is now ready to launch a fully fledged fundraising operation which will allow it to develop its services, build unrestricted as well as restricted income and protect itself from dwindling statutory funding. This will be lead by a new Head of Fundraising.

We are looking for people who have significant income generation/fundraising experience at a senior level. You will need to be strategic as well as operational as you will be a solo operator initially. You will need to have the skills to engage a wide range of potential funders as well as work across the charity, from Board level down to service users, to build an understanding of and support for fundraising.

If you are realistic and resilient, diplomatic and determined then this could be a great opportunity for you. LinkLiving prides itself on being a great employer and a wonderful place to work so you will get much in return.
