Stepping Stones for Families is a multi-award winning charity that have been recognised by the Faculty of Public Health, Healthy Working Lives, Scotland’s Health at Work, the Scottish Qualifications Authority, and the Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce. For thirty years, Stepping Stones for Families have been working alongside children, young people and families to give them support, opportunities and a voice in tackling the effects of poverty and disadvantage in their lives. Their aspiration is to be an organisation that makes a positive lasting difference to families, young people and communities. Stepping Stones for Families have a vision that all children and young people have an enjoyable life in a healthy, fair, and safe environment where they are respected and supported to achieve their full potential.

The organisation are looking to expand their Board, and are recruiting a:

• Treasurer

• Finance Trustee

• HR & Operations Trustee

Stepping Stones for Families are looking for a Treasurer with good financial acumen who will have the ability to produce quarterly and annual accounts, forecasting as well as allocating complex funding to relevant periods. The Finance Trustee will be currently working in finance and be able assist the Treasurer at a senior level. The HR & Operations Trustee will have experience of working within HR & operations at management level.
